Dr. Mohammad Majd has practiced medicine in the United States since 1997. He has fellowship training in spine surgery, hand and microsurgery, and orthopedic trauma. A native of Iran, Dr. Majd served in the Iranian military during the ten-year war performing more than 2000 orthopedic, general surgery and trauma surgeries.
Dr. Majd specializes in adult deformity, disc arthroplasty, non-fusion technologies, fractures and degenerative disc disease. He has performed well over 1000 kyphoplasties. Dr. Majd assists in the spine fellowship training program, has numerous publications, participated in several FDA studies and has membership in several medical societies. He is a frequent speaker at spine meetings around the world.
Dr. Majd is an AAPS Orthopaedic Board Certified spine surgeon.
